Oaktree Cottage is a self contained single story cottage set within a 100 acre working farm. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Set on one level with acess ramp.
In a secluded setting with open fields to the rear.
Coarse fishing is available on site and is included within the cottage rental.

Oaktree Cottage offers the following accommodation:
Lounge/Dining room with feature stone fireplace - logs included within the rental. Colour TV, CD Player/radio. Chest with a selection of games.
A small but well stocked Kitchen with Microwave, fridge/freezer full oven and hob. Use of washing machine.

Bathroom with shower over the bath.
There are night storage heaters throughout - all electricity included in the rental.
Bed linen provided for the beds, all of which have duvets.

A small private Garden area lies to the rear of the cottage having lovely views over fields beyond. A barbeque and garden furniture are provided.

West Atheston Coarse Fishery
a well stocked one and a half acre lake. Water depths are from 3ft to 15ft and a controlled weed growth gives a good natural environment.
It generally fishes well throughout the year, weither for bags of roach and bream or for the good stocks of single figure common and mirror carp. We also stock crucian, perch and tench. And a rare opportunity to catch a barbed from still water.

West Atheston provides an ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire - only 20 minutes from Tenby and within easy reach of many of Pembrokeshire's major attractions such as Oakwood, Folly Farm and Heatherton and Heron's Brook Golf.
