Lochmeyler Farm Guest House is located on our 220 acre working dairy farm, 3 miles inland from the coastal footpath, 4 miles north east of Solva and 6 miles east of St. David's, which is the smallest city in Great Britain.

The warmth and character of our tastefully renovated 16th Century farmhouse has been retained whilst providing all the modern facilities for your memorable holiday. The property is centrally heated throughout and equipped and decorated to a very high standard to reflect the Wales Tourist Board Five Star rating. We have also achieved the standard for the Visitwales Gold award for outstanding quality, exceptional comfort and hospitality 2007/08

We have 12 luxury en-suite bedrooms, 7 in the house, 4 in the adjacent cottage suites and 1 in the recently built Garden Suite. All bedrooms have the modern facilities of telephone, colour TV, video player, refreshment facilities and much more. The property is fully centrally heated throughout. There is a comfortable visitors' lounge in the main house. An `honesty bar' is available to enable you to enjoy a drink at your leisure. A free video library contains films and some Pembrokeshire information videos.

All bedrooms are en-suite, some with four poster beds. Every bedroom has colour TV, video player, tea making facilities, clock radio, telephone and electric blankets. Complimentary Welsh cakes mineral waters are provided in the rooms. Every bathroom has shower and bath, hair dryer, heated towel rail and bath robes. There is a non­smoking policy in all bedrooms. In each bedroom you will find an extensive National Park information pack together with details of the facilities and places of interest in the area.
Lochmeyler is a non smoking establishment throughout.

Cottage suites have their own private lounge areas with a fridge, second colour television and video player. These Cottage Suites are adjacent to the main house and all have parking outside their front doors.

Meals are prepared under the personal supervision of the proprietor from fresh Pembrokeshire produce wherever possible. There is a wide range of breakfast menus to suit all tastes including vegetarian options. There is also a daily choice of optional evening meals. All meals are waitress service at separate tables in a bright, attractive and spacious dining room.

Children 14 and over only. We are happy for our guests to explore the farm paths. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Unfortunately we can not allow dogs in the main house, except for guide dogs, so please check that we can accommodate your party and pet in the Cottage or Barn Suites when making a booking. Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended in bedrooms at any time. Pets are not permitted to sleep on the beds, and it is preferred that they have their own rug or blanket on the floor.

Tariff

Bed and Breakfast:
May to September: £35.00 per person per night.

Bank Holiday Weekends, (Fri., Sat. & Sun): £40.00 per person per night.

A Single Room Booking Supplement of £15.00 per person per night applies during the above periods.

All other dates: £30.00 per person per night.

Children over 14 years of age are welcome, and if sharing a bedroom with two adults their Bed and Breakfast Tariff will be half the adult rate.

Optional Evening Dinner: Available every night at £17.50 per person. Dinners may be booked on a day by day basis. Dinner is served at 7.00 pm.

Bookings for 7 nights or more, combined with evening dinner, are subject to 10% discount.

Booking Deposit: £10.00 per person per night on all bookings. This may be paid using a Debit or Credit card when making your telephone booking and is non-refundable. Holiday insurance is advisable to cover cancellation eventualities.
